Lala Kent jokes that she ‘stole’ Kim Kardashian’s dress

Just refer to her as Lala Kent-ashian.

On Tuesday night, the “Vanderpump Rules” star followed Kim K.'s lead and wore the same dizzying Jean Paul Gaultier gown she wore to the 2018 People's Choice Awards.

Kent, 30, shared a selfie with cast member Scheana Shay, whom former SUR staffers describe to as a "bootleg Kardashian," with the amusing comment, "Yes, I stole Kim K's dress- but Scheana took her complete face."

Stassi Schroeder wrote, "YALL WON INSTAGRAM TODAY," while Brittany Cartwright posted flame and heart-eyed emojis.

“Hahaha!!! Golnesa Gharachedaghi, star of "Shahs of Sunset," commented, "Great caption!"

In response to Kent's analogy, Shay said, "I adore you."

Lizzo resurrected the optical illusion dress from the Spring 1996 "Cyberbaba" collection for her 33rd birthday earlier this year, and Iggy Azalea wore a similar catsuit version of the style in her "I Am the Strip Club" music video. Kardashian and Kent aren't the only ones digging into the Jean-Paul Gautier archives recently.

Following the dismissal of Schroeder and Kristen Doute from "Vanderpump Rules," Kent and Shay recently finished Season 9 of the show. Cartwright and her husband, Jax Taylor, have all left the Bravo programme, as have newcomers Max Boyens, Brett Caprioni, and Dayna Kathan.

For those who will be returning, life is changed as well; Kent and Shay are engaged to Randall Emmett and Brock Davies, respectively, and both welcomed baby daughters this year. The proposal of James Kennedy to Raquel Leviss was also caught on video for the upcoming season.

In May, Kent told Page Six, "So many people have asked what can we anticipate this season, and this is the first year that I can say I have no idea."
