Every outfit on Dua Lipa's Instagram features her incredible abs.

On her Instagram, Dua Lipa, 25, is taking flourishing to a whole new level.

She's been having a blast in the heat this summer, sharing her travels with her fans, from filming the music video for Pop Smoke's new song "Demeanor" to her recent vacation to Albania.

Dua is flaunting her amazing washboard abs in brand new photos, and fans are loving it. "HOT GIRL SUMMER," one person said, while another added, "more each day," and I completely agree with both of them.

Then, in a glittering dress with cut-out sides, she embraced her inner mermaid. 

 

She wrapped up the scene today with a group shot of her and her pals wearing black velvet string bikinis from Lysander Swim. This is a true classic. 

So, what's Dua's secret to a six-pack that's perfectly toned? To begin with, she works out virtually every morning at approximately 8:30 a.m.

"Getting physical really starts my day off right, whether it's on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I'm feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated," she told Refinery29.

When she's very busy, she also enjoys HIIT exercises. In 2018, Dua told the New Zealand magazine Viva, "I try to work out as much as I can."

"I enjoy doing something that is short and easy, such as a 15-minute HIIT exercise that I can do before I begin my day. If I have an early call time, I don't want to be getting up hours before I need to get to the gym. So, after a high-intensity exercise, a shower, and breakfast, I'm ready to go "she said.

Dua uses "variations of crunches," such as leg lifts and bicycle crunches, to target her core. "Planks are delicious, but they're definitely not my favorite!" she said.

Dua enjoys cooking herself a delicious meal at home after a hectic day of mini-workouts. 

"It's great to return home, calm down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life," she told Refinery29.

Dua understands the need for balance in her entire diet. "Whenever I can, I strive to keep as healthy as possible," she told Adidas, according to Beauty Crew. "I'm not one to say no to goodies, and I really enjoy wicked treats. But I try to save doughnuts for days when I'm not as busy, because eating one generally puts me in a food coma!"
