According to TMZ, police went to Scott's house in Michigan on July 30 after getting reports of a suicidal individual.

According to the US Sun, Scott was apparently belligerent when the cops came and had to be held by deputies.

According to the publication, paramedics were unable to check her vitals.

Before coming home to heal, she was transported to the hospital for medical and psychiatric examination.

Scott and Eminem – actual name Marshall Mathers III – have a biological daughter, Hailie Jade, who is 25 years old.

Scott's daughter Whitney, 18, from a previous relationship, and Scott's late sister Dawn's daughter Alaina, 28, were also adopted by Eminem.

Scott and Eminem, who are both 48 years old, married in 1999 and divorced two years later. In January 2006, they remarried, but by April, they had broken up again.

When she was 13 and running away from home with her sister Dawn, they first met in 1989.

The Scott sisters moved into Eminem's house at his mother's trailer park when he was 15, and Kim Scott and Eminem became adolescent sweethearts.

Their tumultuous relationship was depicted in Eminem's blockbuster film 8 Mile.

Eminem has sung a number of unpleasant lyrics about Scott, including one in which he rapped that he intended to kill her and throw her in the trunk of his car.

On the 2017 song Bad Husband, he did give an apology, saying, "I'm sorry, Kim Scott." More than you'll ever be able to grasp. It was f***ing tougher to leave you than it was to cut off a f***ing bodily limb.

Scott attempted suicide once before, in October of 2015.

“I never expected to make it out of there alive,” she remarked at the time. I profusely apologized.

“I didn't think I'd make it through that, and I told [police] I attempted to do it on purpose.”

“He's been very supportive,” Scott added of Eminem's subsequent assistance. We're almost there.

“We're simply trying to raise our children together and keep things as normal as possible for them.”

Over the years, Scott has been arrested several times for narcotics possession.

Her sister had a history of drug addiction and died in 2016 from a heroin overdose.

Eminem has written several songs about their daughter Hailie and expressed his pride in her last year.

“Hailie is 23, no babies, she has a boyfriend, but she’s doing good,” he said on Mike Tyson’s Hot Boxin podcast.

“She’s made me proud for sure. She’s graduated from college.”
