Joel Kinnaman alleges that a lady with whom he had sex in 2018 is now alleging that the encounter was not consensual, and he is seeking a restraining order.
Gabriella Magnusson was an aspiring model and actress when he met her in 2017, according to the "Suicide Squad" actor. He claims they had a "short romantic involvement" the following year, and she "is now harassing [him] with threats of physical harm from herself and others, as well as threatening to distribute false information."
Kinnaman, who has acted in films such as "The Killing," "Altered Carbon," "RoboCop," and "House of Cards," claims their relationship changed in December of 2018 when they had sex and she was bothered that he didn't let her stay over and didn't check to make sure she made it home safe.
He claims she sent him sexually graphic recordings of herself in 2019 and 2020 following that encounter. He claims that he did not react to her and that he blocked her. Kinnaman claims that this enraged her, and she began calling him on other people's phones, becoming increasingly aggressive.
She threatened to broadcast false information — particularly, that they had sex against her will in December 2018 — unless he gave in to her money demands, according to the documents acquired by TMZ.
When Kinnaman's boss met with Magnusson and her brother, who was carrying a weapon, he attempted to resolve the situation, according to Kinnaman. He claims she agreed the intercourse wasn't against her will during that chat, but she was angry with the manner he treated her. She said that the intercourse was hurried, so she kept her shoes on and was ushered out.
According to the documents, Kinnaman claims Magnusson told him she was a Crips member and threatened him with gang members hurting him.
She claims she knew Chris Brown, LeBron James, and Lil Wayne, all of whom she claims were enraged by him and willing to hurt him on her behalf. Kinnaman says she said, "They will f*** your life, Joel ... everyone will come after you in L.A. ... he will f*** your life so you will not be able to film anymore, Joel."
Kinnaman also claims that her brother brandished a gun at his manager at one time.
In exchange for remaining silent, he claims she demanded a one-year apartment, a work visa, a Wiki page, a verified Instagram, an introduction to a Hollywood agent, and other benefits.
