Kendall Jenner, a prominent model in the United States, has been sued by Liu Jo, a leading Italian fashion house, for allegedly breaking the conditions of a modeling contract that required her to appear in two photoshoots. The supermodel only arrived for one of the required photoshoots, according to the brand's case, which was filed in US District Court in Manhattan on Monday. According to their statement, she did not show up for the second photoshoot, which was scheduled for March 2020 but was postponed owing to the coronavirus epidemic.

Kendall Jenner was fined a significant sum for breaking a contract.

According to the complaint, the brand is seeking at least $1.8 million in damages. Jenner has already been paid $1.35 million by the business that filed the case for services rendered under the 2019 contract. It's also been claimed that several attempts to reschedule the shoot were made but Jenner did not respond. Liu Jo also said that attempting to obtain money reimbursements from the model had been fruitless.

Her agency, The Society Model Management, and parent firm Elite World Group have not commented on the subject, and the Italian Brand's public relations staff has not responded to their allegations.
