Is Florence Pugh's relationship with boyfriend Zach Braff over? Is she still with him or has she moved on? Will Poulter

Living in the public spotlight means having to cope with the internet continuously speculating about your relationship's state - and right now, social media is focusing on actress Florence Pugh, boyfriend Zach Braff, and her Midsommar co-star Will Poulter.

This is all you need to know, including if Pugh and Braff are still together and why the internet thinks she's dating Poulter.

Florence Pugh, who is she?

Pugh is a British actress who has starred in films such as Midsommar, Little Women, Fighting With My Family, and Black Widow.

She was born on January 2, 1996, in Oxford, England, and began performing at an early age. Talking to the Guardian in 2018, Pugh recalled performing in a school nativity at the age of six.

She portrayed a "northern Mary," hobbling on stage and exclaiming, "ah, me varicose veins!"

"It was the first time I realised the power of being on stage," Pugh added. "Oh God, they're waiting for me, they're listening to everything I say, and I have perfect power," I recalled thinking.

"I still have that feeling." How everyone is relying on every word you say; how they will feel the way you want them to feel."

Pugh made her professional acting debut while still in high school in the 2014 drama The Falling, in which she co-starred with Maisie Williams of Game of Thrones. At the BFI London Film Festival that year, she was nominated for Best British Newcomer.

Pugh appeared in Lady Macbeth and the first season of ITV's investigative series Marcella in 2016. Pugh received critical acclaim for her roles in King Lear, Outlaw King, and the six-part miniseries version of John le Carre's spy book The Little Drummer Girl during the next three years.

Pugh had a breakout year in 2019, starring alongside Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Timothee Chalamet, Meryl Streep, and Laura Dern in three major projects: first as professional wrestler Paige in Fighting With My Family, then as the lead in the Ari Aster horror Midsommar, and finally as Amy March in period drama Little Women.

She reprised her role as Yelena Beloba in the Disney+ series Hawkeye later that year, after appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero feature Black Window in 2021.

Pugh is presently starring alongside Harry Styles in Olivia Wilde's forthcoming drama Don't Worry Darling, and is set to participate in Dune: Part Two, which is set to be released in 2023.

How long have Florence Pugh and Zach Braff been together?

Pugh and Braff were photographed holding hands in April in New York City after acting in Braff's short film In The Time It Takes to Get There in 2019.

Braff uploaded an Instagram photo with Toby Sebastian, a musician and actor who featured in Game of Thrones and is also Pugh's elder brother, in June of that year.

In October 2019, Pugh debuted on Braff's Instagram account in a group photo with the caption "People I Love."

The duo was also spotted together in Whole Foods in October, with a source telling Page Six, "It was quite evident to me that they're a couple."

Braff also tweeted a group photo from a day out at Disneyland in November, which included himself and Pugh. The duo attended the LA premiere of Marriage Story in the same month, albeit separately.

They also separately attended the New York premier of Little Women in December 2019, which Pugh starred in.

With an Instagram message on December 28, Pugh appeared to confirm their connection. Braff reacted with the princess emoji in the comments after she posted a photo of herself outside a LA deli.

When a follower said, "You're 44 years old," Pugh answered, "and yet he got it" with the okay hand emoji.

Braff posted a photo of Pugh getting her hair and makeup done to his Instagram account after she was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress at the 2020 Academy Awards, with the caption: "Holy s**t!"

People also uploaded pictures of the two kissing in celebration of Pugh's nomination.

Pugh disabled comments on an Instagram post wishing Braff a happy birthday in 2020, then produced a video explaining their relationship, explicitly noting their 21-year age difference.

"I am 24 years old," Pugh stated in the video. You don't have to tell me who I should love and who I shouldn't. And I would never, ever tell somebody who they can and cannot love in their lives.

"This is not your domain. And it has nothing to do with you at all. So if those guidelines offend you, please unfollow me since the hate you direct at him is also directed at me."

In an interview with ELLE UK in May 2020, Pugh discussed her age gap with Braff, saying that defending her relationship was "essential" because "people need to realise that it's cruel."

"Happy birthday to this wonderful human being," Braff said on Instagram for Pugh's 26th birthday on January 2, 2022. I am really fortunate to have met you. And the rest of the world is fortunate to watch your great talent."

In April 2022, Pugh tweeted on her own social media to wish Braff a happy birthday, writing: "Happy birthday Zachary."

Are they still together?

There has been no official word on whether Pugh and Braff have ended their relationship.

Is Florence Pugh dating Will Poulter?

Because of photos of Pugh and her Midsommar co-star Will Poulter (Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Dopesick) enjoying time together in Ibiza with a group of pals, the internet has been persuaded of Pugh and Braff's divorce.

"*blissful siighhhh* Wonderful folks," Pugh captioned a photo of herself, Poulter, and Archie Madekwe, who also acted in Midsommar, on her Instagram account. Wonderful moment. I'm a little overwhelmed by the number of amazing folks I was able to embrace. Thank you, sunny skies. Ibiza, thank you."

Pugh and Poulter were both in Spain to celebrate their friend Harris Reed’s birthday.
