Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary took over as hosts of the popular ITV show for the weekly Friday episodes earlier this year, replacing the married presenters.
Eamonn and Ruth, on the other hand, were back and exchanging their normal banter when they returned to host the show during the summer vacations.
Ruth confessed in their comeback episode, which aired the night after England's loss in the EUFA Euros 2020 final, that she was "gutted" by the team's loss and that she had watched the game in her England shirt.
