Kushi, the film starring Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha, has put a stop to reports regarding a catastrophe on the site. Samantha was said to have been hurt while filming in Kashmir, but the production company has denied these claims.
"There are a few allegations that #VijayDeverakonda and #Samantha got hurt while filming for #Kushi movie," the producers tweeted on social media. This news is completely false. After successfully completing 30 days of filming in Kashmir, the entire team returned to Hyderabad yesterday. Such news (sic) should not be believed." The first look poster for this romantic family entertainer was just released, and fans of Vijay and Samantha are eagerly anticipating the release of this film. This will be Vijay Deverakonda's second film with Samantha, since they previously collaborated on Mahanati. The film's production is planned to wrap by the end of the year, and it will be released the following year. Heshab Abdul Wahab, the film's music director, is currently working on the soundtrack.
On the professional front, Vijay has completed filming for his forthcoming film Liger, directed by Puri Jagannadh. Mike Tyson will play a major part in Liger, and Ananya Panday will portray the female protagonist. Vijay has also announced another project, Jana Gana Mana, directed by Puri Jagannadh. Samantha is currently playing a female lead in Nani’s Dasara and she will be soon seen in Guna Sekhar’s Shaakuntalam
