In ‘RHONY,' Rihanna chooses sides. The feud between Leah McSweeney and Ramona Singer
Rihanna takes this s—t to the next level.
The bad girl is a notorious Bravo fan who stalks her favorite stars on social media and occasionally comments in on “Real Housewives” drama.
And she's occasionally mentioned by name in an episode.
On Tuesday night's episode of "Real Housewives of New York," Ramona Singer and Leah McSweeney got into an argument when the former sarcastically joked that she would promote the latter's company, mispronouncing Married to the Mob as "Leah Mob" or "Mob, Something."
“You're not exactly my demographic, so it's all good,” McSweeney responded. I don't need you to wear my s—t since Rihanna is already wearing it.”
Rihanna, whose connection with McSweeney dates back so long that she featured an old snapshot of the star in her 2019 coffee table book, weighed in and pledged her support for the young fashion tycoon.
Rihanna posted a selfie wearing Married to the Mob's "Bitch Mob" T-shirt ($30) with, "What was said @ramonasinger? #RHONY."
McSweeney reposted the shot to her own Instagram, writing, “Yup @badgalriri is a woman who supports women @marriedtothemobny And she’s also watching and enjoying #RHONY Season 13 😭❤️🔥.”
Eboni K. Williams, Bershan Shaw, Tinsley Mortimer, Reza Farahan, D'Andra Simmons, and other Bravolebrities voiced their support for McSweeney as well.
Rihanna's snub didn't discourage Singer, and the Upper East Sider even shared the video herself.
Maybe it'll all come to a head with a Fenty x Married to the Mob collaboration — modeled after Singer, of course.
