Chris Evans replies to Lizzo's joking that she's expecting his child.
Since April, Lizzo and Chris Evans have been having a flirtatious Instagram conversation.
In response to a fan, Lizzo originally joked that she was pregnant with Evans – who portrayed Captain America for over a decade in Marvel films – last week.
“I've been trying to keep this private and intimate between myself and the father of my child, but since we're publicizing all the rumors today, I've been sucking in. “We're going to have a little America,” Lizzo stated in a TikTok video that used the Captain America: The First Avenger theme song.
This isn't the first time Lizzo and Evans have used social media to have a good time.
Evans replied to Lizzo's drunken DM in April, saying, "No shame in a drunk DM." Lizzo posted a snapshot of their interaction in a TikTok video.
He said, "God knows I've done worse on this app haha," referring to the NSFW photo he shared on Instagram in September.
And for admirers of the duo, there's still reason to be hopeful: They're both presently single.
