Jokes by Ryan Reynolds He and his wife, Blake Lively, Have Become 'Instagram Officials': 'What a Fantastic Night!'
Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively have celebrated a very important occasion.
After attending the New York City premiere of his new film Free Guy on Wednesday, the 44-year-old actor humorously made his Instagram debut with his wife of nearly a decade.
"What a great night for #FreeGuy. And what a huge night for @blakelively since this means we're Instagram official," Reynolds said on Instagram, accompanying two photos of himself with Lively, 33, and an image of himself with members of the cast and crew of the film.
"I know how significant that was to her," joked the actor.
The couple, who have three children, James, 612, Inez, 412, and Betty, 21 months, were all smiles as they posed for photographs on the red carpet.
Lively looked gorgeous in a pink Prabal Gurung gown with side cutouts. She completed the glam look with a set of mismatched silver earrings and a slew of rings.
Reynolds, on the other hand, wore a beige Brunello Cucinelli suit with a black-and-white checkered shirt. With his accessories, he went for a playful and informal look, wearing brown suede shoes and a paisley pocket square.
Lively and Reynolds first met in 2010 when they co-starred in Green Lantern as romantic protagonists. They began dating a year later and tied the knot in September 2012.
Lively and Reynolds' night out occurred only days after they returned to the restaurant where their love story began to commemorate the tenth anniversary of their first date.
"It's been ten years. We still go on our 'first date,' as we call it "Along with a snapshot of the couple showing off their date night outfits, Lively added. "However, in much more comfy footwear." She also shared a photo of Reynolds in front of Boston sushi restaurant O Ya, with the caption, "If it weren't for this location, I wouldn't be here. We wouldn't be able to be together. This isn't a joke. There is no restaurant that means more to us than this one."
Reynolds also posted a photo of the two of them outside the eatery. He captioned the photo, "Our favorite restaurant with her 4th fave date," continuing their lighthearted trolling, which appears to be their love language.
Later, the actor shared a larger copy of the shot, along with a disclaimer that obscured his face. He commented, "I'm re-posting this since I took out my wife's lovely earrings." "She did a better job of training me than this. Please accept my apologies if I disappointed anyone."
"That's right," Lively said to his post on her tale.
